Soooo, minus 9 kilo, not much progress yet but full on Paleo AIP diet. From reading user success stories I gather it can take as long as 1 tot 2 years, albeit some people go into remission sooner. But I haven't quite quit the alcohol yet, so that could be a culprit. I have decreased the use tho. Cooking loads of fresh, additive food and eating my greens =]
Before the end of september I was doing just Paleo and going crazy on nuts and ricecrackers but after reading more it would seem lectins in seeds, nuts and grains are a big trigger and a no-no on the elimination phase of the diet. Likely I can do some reintroduction after this long haul, like Alan has done.
But hey, minus 9 kilo since the 22th of july, I'm now a healthy weight. Extra weight increases Psoriasis and severity, so that's good.
