Probably you belong to the group of people who are too sensitive for it. So a slow release dose would also not help with you, I guess.

In the current number of “Psoriasis” the magazine of the Dutch patients community there is an article about the BIOMAP project. A worldwide project which has the purpose to find all the markers that are involved in psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis. The ultimate goal is to in the end analyse the blood of a patient and on the base of the markers being able to exactly pinpoint which treatment suits the best for that patient. So you will have a personalised approach and all the trying will not be necessary anymore.
