No nausea, no side effects aside from getting really sick after my loading doses of 150 mg last year and this September after my second dose at 300

It's now the fourth dose at 300...no improvement yet but I am hopeful....will give it another 4 months to work....if not, next treatment.
What I don't know is how much of an improvement I'm supposed to see. No inflammation and pain except on the odd occasion or since I have pain and inflammation daily, a break two to three times a week?
