The dermatologist said she felt TNF's would be moving backwards, but that since I hadn't been on one it might be worth a shot. But of course then I had some concerns.
After my zapping today, I asked her about how long she thought I'd be doing the treatments. She answered the way I expected, everyone is different so there isn't a set time. She said usually around 10-12 visits you get an idea of how well it is working for you and she would "guess" I would take somewhere between 15-20 visits. Also she said she always tells people to continue on their medicine as rarely do they rely on laser therapy alone. So, guess I'd better be a bit more diligent with the Taclonex as that's the only other thing I'm on at the moment. (Just recently found out that Taclonex is the oily version of Enstilar)
Something tells me it's probably a waste of my time. Much like the UV treatment I drive an hour there and back for about a 10-15 minute treatment. The only difference is that the treatment lasts about 10-15 minutes and the UV treatment only lasted a couple of minutes (the rest of the time was spent undressing and getting dressed again) Either way, it's a long drive for me so I do hope I at least get a little positive result.
