When you say "Limited to oral" I don't know of any reason not to use a bio with high blood pressure, but your dermatologist is best to advise on that.
As for liking a drink, there is no reason to avoid alcohol whilst on a Bio. I'm testament to that as are people like Dave.
But it's your choice at the end of the day and I wish you good luck with your next treatment.
This was my first oral treatment. I know they wont use Bio until all oral has been ruled out.
Something I havnt looked into much. Is it any safer/ side effects?
"Limited to oral as I have high blood pressure and drink"
Yes they will probably make you try another oral as that was your first, you can find them all here: Oral Treatments For Psoriasis
And the Bio's are here: Biological Treatments For Psoriasis
As for which is safer or have worse side effects. All treatments have their problems as you are messing with your body, some like me will never use Methotrexate and some on the other hand will never use Bio's. I choose Bio's because they gave me my life back.
Don't forget to start a new thread once you do go onto your next step.
