For a safe and effective therapy you should know the reasons for it being excluded, Fred. It's called transparency. The range of approved therapies should be determined by a committee of dermatologists, not by the occult machinations of bureaucrats.

But others may be interested. It remains the cheapest and a very well working medication, with very low risk, a lot of extra's, but in the incarnation of Skilarence an obvious blunder on the intestine cramps area.
I'll not get into a debate about the use of DMF in France as it's going a bit off topic. France have made their decision and this thread is intended to give people an insight of how their system works. It is about what is available and not about what is not or should be.
