Cosentyx goes after a different target than the other bio's you have tried, so it's well worth trying. You can read more about the different ones here: Biological Treatments For Psoriasis
Out of all the bio's I would say the one that works best going by our members is Cosentyx. But remember we are all different and what works for one may not work for another.
