Hi glad you got the skilarence 
it's a great drug that I have used under the name fumaderm for around 7 years
The best advice I can give is to stick with the dosing regime (slow build up) and take with meals never on its own ...and plenty of fluid to wash it down
You will still get the flushes about 6 hours after taking the drug and may even experience abdominal cramps, but if you get over them you should have a clear future
It's just your body adjusting to the drug and after a while they stop and you remain clear hopefully
Always ask here if you are unsure there is a lot of experience here
