As for your question: I would go for the Stelara. It has a better track record and like you say it is only one shot every three months.
I had a bad reaction to Humira so maybe I'm a bit biased, but evidence from our members posts in the past would suggest that Humira is not a good choice. Humira also has a different target to Stelara and what most would class as an older target.
