Hi Grifter and 
to the club we have several members that use Taltz, but I don't remember anyone mentioning itchy eyes. But I'm sure a user will know better than me I have looked at the common side effects and itching eyes is not among them see here Taltz (ixekizumab)
I hope you get an answer to your problem and wonder could it be just an eye infection and possibly not linked to Taltz
