Congratulations on 2 years on cosentyx it's not doing badly for you with just need the psoriasis to get a bit more under control and hopefully the enstilar will help that 
It would be nice to see the score come down ....fingers crossed
And save taltz for when you begin to struggle with the arthritis ...plenty of time and best not to burn bridges unless you have to
