I notice you say it was suggested to have a break from biologics - was it from a health and safety point of view or the idea they may work better after a break?

The break was because the second round of Humira had very little(5%) improvement.  I was otherwise healthy and without side effects.  So we went with Otezla, which is an oral administration(pill).  Won't be doing that again!
