Thanks for the reply KrPrincess.
Small update, what i thought/was toldĀ to be psoriasis on my feet, is going....
I now have a feeling i know what it is, the soles of my feet were pretty tough, especially since i trained barefoot about 15 hours a week, and they just got really dry and started flaking, peeling, and breaking in the skin.
What i've been doing since last week is applying a steroid(dovobet or betnovate) and placing them in occlusion, washing them the next morning with a stone, and applying foot cream with urea, and the difference between last friday at the doctor, and today, is night and day, while they still aren't perfect, at least now i can see them improving so i'll continue working with them.
Going to go back training next Monday, to see if i can help it clear my head, but i'm still kind of worried about sweating so heavily while wearing training gear, and also being covered in other peoples sweat is really worrying me about infection.
