Hello Meggy.
I'm on week 10 of Acitretin 25mg. It hasn't been plain sailing but my psoriasis is really bad. However it has cleared up most of my body since taking it and getting some sun. Just my face and scalp that remain red and itchy. I have had some side effects but everyone is different. It made my psoriasis worse initially although my dermatologist doesn't agree with that.
