Hi KA and welcome to the Club 
Well it looks like you have run the gamut of lotions and potions. I'm into my secondish year of Acitretin. I held off orals as long as I could. For me it is Acitretin or nothing. Due to earlier medical issues my Dermy is very very reluctant to give me anything else. I know what you mean about the lips and the peeling, but as the clearance has been reasonable it's something I am prepared to put up with.
You will find us all very friendly and mostly house trained and for a little light releif dont forget the off topic section. Chances are there will be somebody propping up the bar.
