Even at 20% it is more than you need to tolerate. While I agree some dermatologists sound like they got their qualifications out of a breakfast cereal box it is time to bite the bullet look for a decent Dermy and investigate either orals or bios. I suppose over on your side of the pond it will also depend on your health insurance. Have a good rummage through the site and if you have any questions ask away most of the inmates are sane enough and don't bite.
Don't forget the off topic section, there is normally some reprobate propping the bar up.
