Hello everyone. My tomato test produced a reaction on the fourth day, so I will not be having tomatoes again. :( My daily lunch salads are pretty boring without tomatoes. So I am back to healing my inflammation in the typical areas. Hopefully by tomorrow it will be almost gone.
Tomorrow will be "P" day, for probiotics. I plan on taking them after lunch as I have pau d'arco tea and coconut oil, which are antifungal in the morning and also take an oil of oregano pill (antifungal) right before I go to bed. Lunchtime would be the best spacing between the probiotics and antifungals, so they don't cancel each other out.
So far, I have not felt any "die-off" symptoms, so hopefully this gradual attack upon the candida won't cause the dreaded rapid die-off that leaves people feeling hungover or with the flu. The candida will be like a fog in a pot of water that is slowly warmed up, until its goose is cooked. It won't know what hit it!
Thanks for reading and have a great day.
