No there are no peer reviews.
You said only 2-3 members have had benefit from a really strong diet on these boards. As I am new to the boards, roughly how many people have not had success?
And do you have an idea what diets they tried (roughly how many were AI, elimination, paleo, gundry)?
Also, I do not have enough posts to view alan540's diet if somebody would be kind enough to PM it to me.
Thanks all
We don’t keep statistics on any treatment. Overall we have kind of a gut feeling based on results and on the journals the members are making about their treatment.
If you want you can make kind of a poll yourself and members will answer.
And if you access the first page of Alan’s treatment, through the link Jim mentioned, you can go to the bottom and you will see related threads about food and diet. See the picture below on what you should see.
You can also see from this picture, that very many are interested in Alan’s progress and approach.
Lots of us have tried to cut on certain foods in order to find out if it has some result on their Psoriasis. It might be a nice subject for a poll to check on who tried, who had some result, who failed.
I myself tried to cut on a number of specific foods advised by my very experienced doctor, without any effect.
