Crustymug, Lets try to be realistic and statistically sound.
We are dealing with a complex disease. There are very many different types of psoriasis.
Of the people who have the same type, not everyone is reacting the same to identical medications. E.g. people are reacting very differently to the differenc biologicals that are currently available. What works for the one, doesn’t work for the other.
We know that food is an important factor, and many of us have tried to reduce the intake of certain foods, with changing succes. On the board we only have two to three members who really have benefit with a strong diet.
The others don’t
Now there is someone who claims that his diet used with 800 people has a 100% result.........
think of it. It is a diet. There is no scientific base. There is no research which is at least based at existing publications. There are no peer reviews (I bet).
Even in hard scientific reseach there is never a 100% fitting result. Nothing in the world is 100%, except for some mathematics formula's.
I am not surprised that it does not work for you. It certainly is good that you tried, but unfortunately this is probably not working for you. You have a different body, different DNA and you react differently on this diet.
You might try alan540's diet, you may have a chance. But don’t be disappointed if it does not work.
