(Caroline and Jiml - Yes I can't wait to start adding yogurt and kefir. That should help with the calorie count. My arms are hollow now. :( They were slim and muscular. They look a little scary. Yikes. Come on yogurt and kefir!)
Today is one week after the diet start. This morning I weighed 110 pounds. So I have stabilized my weight loss, hopefully. I have been using olive oil and grass fed butter to help add good healhty fat calories to my daily intake.
As it is one week in, I am now adding supplements and vitamins daily.
Vitamins, minerals and supplements: Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Biotin, Pantethine, Zn, Folic Acid, Fish oil, Milk Thistle, Collagen, Ashwaganddha. I take these with meals and 2 hours before/after meals I am taking sllippery elm.
I am still waiting to add the probiotics and antifungals.
As for my psoriasis, it has stayed the same as my last comment. It seems the area that is still inflamed is in my hair line by my temples.
