Even though I don't like to hear about anyone suffering, I take some comfort in knowing that others are feeling the fatigue. Some days I get up and my first thought is "when will I be able to work in a nap today?"
Hard to do when you work full time and volunteer in my community and go to a lot of evening meetings and events!
What's been bothering me even more are the constant cold symptoms. It's like "Ground hog Day"!
Every morning I wake up feeling like I am coming down with a cold or strep throat or a sinus infection. But it doesn't get to the point of actually being sickĀ and I go to sleep and wake up and it's the same thing all over again.
BUT
I am clear! The only psoraisis I have is on my elbows and it looks like dry skin rather than scales or plaque. So I have to say that cosentyx has been wonderful for my psoraisis. I am going to hang in there a few more months and see if the side effects subside.
As far as I am concerned otezla was the worst in terms of side effects. I was so sick I had a hard time functioning and it began to affect me emotionally too. Cleared my psoraisis up completely though.
One day at a time and all that jazz...
