I agree with Fred that stress can be a factor and while you might not have felt stressed moving house and changing jobs .that could possibly have been the trigger, then the Psoriasis spreading has caused additional stress and anxiety, again causing it to get worse it’s not an uncommon downward spiral

Hopefully your new employer will be sympathetic when they know of your problems.
