Welcome to psoriasisclub.
I have reread your post a few times. Lot of information compressed.
What jumped out is you say you have latent TB. That needs clearing I think. What does the derm mean by that. For me that is not clear.
Are you reacting positive to the mantoux reactions?
That would mean, as far as I know that you have been in contact with people who had TB, and you have anti-bodies.
Indeed certain biologicals are not to be taken with a TB indication, that is what the flyers tell. If I were you I would try to find out exactly what it means.
In the mean time enjoy on the forum.
