Hi sama/artemie/Jim
I agree with artemie, it will do you no harm to stick with it for a few weeks - I saw big improvements after a couple of weeks. Maybe it's a different story with plaque psoriasis, I don't know.
You do have to be strict (really strict) - at first even milk in tea and coffee caused problems.
If you do give it a go and see any improvements I'd love to hear back
Anyway, I'm overdue for an update and am happy to report that all is well, 100% clear and still able to eat normally. Weight is now down to 13st which I haven't been since I was 18... another new wardrobe and now in medium shirts and 30in waist trousers...which is a bit of a difference to XXXL shirts and 38in waist 18 months ago.
Still being careful not to go mad on bread and sugars but able to indulge as and when I fancy some cheese on toast or a nice dessert after dinner or cheese and crackers.
3 more days to go until a welcome break in the sun for a long weekend, also started a new job in the new year so a bit stressful but this has not caused any problems either.
