Water is very good, and like you I find it difficult especially in the winter. Try adding a little syrup there are lots of flavours, but keep an eye in the ingredients as some contain a lot of sugar. I also sometimes switch from still to fizzy. If you check out the Natural Treatments For Psoriasis board you will find some mention of foods that can help, that is if you can stick to it.
