Thank you all for the support, it's appreciated.
It is possible to go back ot Stelara Dave, but I don't want to. For me the psoriatic arthritis is the one I must control, and Cosentyx is doing that. I have never been this good and I have zero pain. So I'm not happy to stop the Cosentyx even just to get the psoriasis down, plus Stelarta had already failed at that anyway.
I was thinking of asking for some Dovonex, but it never really done a lot last time I tried it. I agree Bill the Bio's are still not the whole package, I don't think anything is not even your DMF but anyway I won't be using it even if it was available from my dermatologist which it is not.
Thank you Maryam, I do still have some Silkis I may look at the date and see if it's worth a go. As for Enstilar unfortunately it's not yet available in France for reimbursement so not an option.
Yes you are right John the creams never did do much, I was just hoping to get it down and stop the flare-up. As for using something with Cosentyx, the only one they will run along side is Methotrexate. That aint gonna happen.
I tanked myself up with Merlot last night and turned in early after covering it in Calamine Lotion and managed to get a good sleep which has helped. I was surprised to see my legs were still covered in the white chalky stuff and I must have put a lot on as it took a while to get it off in the shower.
I was also pleasantly surprised to find that my legs didn't sting anywhere near as much as they had been. When patting the area dry I managed to get a few flakes off without damaging the skin, and it looked like it had calmed down a bit. So I have plastered my legs again with more Calamine Lotion and I'm keeping off my feet as I found walking around was splitting the skin on my shins. So far so good. It's calmed down a hell of a lot and I think I am going to wait till Monday before I decide to phone the dermatologist.
This flare-up has been slowly creeping up on me but this past few days it had gone mental. I guess I had forgotten how sore this damn psoriasis can be since being almost free of it for almost 10 years.
I'm working hard to keep positive, and I'm pleased to say I still have zero psoriatic arthritis.

Would it be worth going on a non bio as well as the Cosentyx? I know MTX is out but there is still Acitretin or a DMF derivative - it might just help?
