I'm sorry to hear about your diagnoses. I was curious to the severity of your plaque P. I myself have it in all the classic spots(scalp, knees,elbows,hands)
Then occasionally a break out (wrist to elbow, calves, face and sone small spots in random ereas). You do not have to be specific. Just a " bad enuff dude" will suffice. I seen that you haven't had it long and haven't gotten to "wild" yet on your treatment. I may have some advice for you.
