I'm not sure where on Earth you are Hedgehog ....but wherever you are you should only use the steroid creams/ ointments short term, depending how covered you are in psoriasis they should move you on to a systemic drug that won't cause you permanent skin damage....I used steroid creams for years and the skin on my legs is so thin it rips at the slightest knock ...so try to get off them and onto a sensible treatment ...I would push hard fir a change ....and ask why you have been allowed to use it for so long
