I would have thought it would be fine as long as it hasn't been in direct sunlight for a long time. Also the recommendation is not to use after 1 year from opening so you should be ok there.
The worse that could happen is probably from using it long term as opposed to using it after being left in heat for 24 Hrs.
I'm not a professional and would recommend you ask a pharmacie or doctor to be sure, but personally I would use it.
