You are only on week 2 so already something is happening which indicates that it is starting to work and do something. Everyone reacts in a different way so if you are worried or need to take the itch away just contact the derm . It's not probably getting worse only different so don't expect miracles ,I would suspect that when you have your second injection at 4 weeks you will really start to see an improvement.

Thanks Foster, I'm just impatient and your probably right it's just different not worst. 
This flare has been just one of the longest for me and I guess I'm just in a downer at the moment. It is very early days... so need to man up and get through it. Seeing my nurse next week for a check up so will see what she says.

Yes spotty you will be OK just slap loads of moisturiser on and ignore it all. See what the nurse say's when you see her but really you have done very well and had no major side effects so don't worry .
