How I Cured My Psoriasis By Diet

Hi Jim

Back to a normal diet since Christmas  

Not having to avoid anything now, only trying to be sensible in terms of not putting on weight, but there's nothing that seems to aggravate my skin any more, so happy days.

I did a timeline thing a couple of post ago but off the top of my head, sitting here in my hotel room slightly the worse for wear , I think I had PPP for about 18 months or so. Before that a bit of arm/torso psoriaisis that came and went but was never really much to write home about and often cleared up in the summer months.

Thanks Alan I just wanted to get my head round it and wonder why as you are back to excesses that nothing has triggered the psoriasis again ....
