Basically IL-17 seems to be most involved with Psoriatic Arthritis and IL-23 seems most connected to Psoriasis, at least if you look at it through your eyelashes.
That is why DMF works for both. A fact that is not known to lots of dermatologists and rheumatologists, but is despite that, well known by the patients who are using it.

I know DMF has a broader spectrum, I think the theory that psoriasisĀ is in fact a metabolic issue should deserve more research.
I am however interested in the amount of interleukines it interferes with, because it would make it better dan any biological...
