Not sure if this is any help but: one of my work colleagues is on Humira (for Chrons disease) and she says she is a lot less tired, runs again. Also instead of flopping into bed at 21:00 hours she is now able to stay up until 23:00
Then again; I'm not sure how this relates to Psoriasis because it's a different auto-immune disease, with probably different effect on health and energy levels.
Personally I don't do strenuous exercise, although the 3x a week power yoga is partly quite intense. And lovely =]
