Thank you for giving first hand experience of using Dovobet on the face. It should never be used on the face, and hopefully others will take note of your words.
Yes I'm with Jim about your ear. Put Coconut oil in your ear using your finger two or three times a day. (Don't use a cotton bud)
Another option if you don't have coconut oil to hand is to try a 50/50 mix of Peanut and Olive oils, or just Olive oil. But it's best to get it checked out as soon as you can because a build up of psoriasis of the inner ear could cause problems.
