Psoriasis and stress

Yes extremely stressed and will be for the next 4 weeks that's what I put it down to,
To be honest the cellar threats aren't helping much

Interesting, it would be good if others would post if they noticed a flare-up with an increase in their stress levels. It's been well documented that stress does increase the chance of a flare-up and although your own experience agrees, you do sometimes wonder if it's just you.

Maybe we should look into giving the cellar a lick of paint to brighten it up.
