As long as there is a potential for money to be earned and product is safe there isn't much concern about the product coming to market, at least not in westernized countries.

One side of the spectrum isn't going to make as much money as they use to, so now they are crying like a baby that the worlds ending.

I wouldn't worry about too much. Just my 2 cents
