If you are on 3 you are about on my level , and indeed damp days do have their effects. But I can walk much further than you   , and dance and cycle. Great that your locked feeling is now gone when standing up. That must be a great relief for you.

3 is about my worse mostly I'm around 1, and yes it is a great relief.  

But I'm not cycling or dancing with you.  

Cycling I can imagine... you would not stand a chance of keeping up with me   , but no dancing with me ...
