As you can see looking fairly normal apart from the left hand middle fingernail which is a bit wonky. But it's the last nail with visible signs of disease and it's growing out normal from the base. Comparing this to 6 months ago and the change is amazing.

I've been eating normally now since Christmas. I'm finding that my food tolerances seem to be improving and that's a great feeling. Am I back to normal yet? Almost. Maybe. Time will tell but the worst is definitely behind me. My takeaway feeling from this whole experience is : perseverance, perseverance, perseverance.

Psoriasis is a particularly stubborn problem to get under control but it is achievable and my results show that I hope.

I'll spare you all pictures of my feet, only because I'm too lazy to take off my shoes and socks, but they're all clear as well.
