This long winded post has one point; some regulation is needed to keep drugs safe, but some common sense may reduce the cost for everyone.

Agreeing with you.
Because now we have to believe them on their blue eyes, while Richard Snowdon has shown us that one must be careful if you trust large corporations. And not only his revelations but also the crisis with the bank shows us that behind the scenes all kinds of things are going on.
Current problem is that large companies have much help from protection, Monsanto even has his own law so that it cannot be sued... That kind of things make me very uncomfortable...
