Hi all, please introduce me. I'm basri from Indonesia. I've diagnosted psoriasis for more than 10 years ago. I feel so sad for hearg that this illness can't healed. tank you for make this forum. I'm sorry for my bad english.

Don't worry about your English, we have other members where English is not their native language. I admire anyone who joins and post in English, it helps us all get on and understand each other.

No one will pull you up for your English here, so just dive on in and enjoy.

No there is no cure, but it can be managed and it's all about trying different treatments till you find one that works for you. This can take time, but there are many more treatments today than there were say 10 years ago so there is a good chance you will find something. (Depending on the way your health care works in Indonesia)

okay thanks a lot jim and fred

frankly I just know this forum by chance I was googling. I've new ill in my hands and feet appeared spots are very itchy. I do not know if this is part of psoriasis or not. I actually still have not consulted with my specialist doctor.

I would recommend you get a proper diagnoses. Psoriasis can sometimes be mistaken for other skin problems and vice versa, so it's important to get the right treatment.

There are a lot of skin problems and I know I was first misdiagnosed with eczema so it's important to get the proper diagnosis as it's only then you can get the proper treatment.

Hi Basri,

Welcome! You should as others have mentioned go to see your specialist first to get a proper diagnosis. 

In the meantime it wouldn't hurt to put some moisturiser on your hands and feet as it can help with itchiness and dry skin regardless if you have psoriasis/Eczema etc.
