How much U.I. per day for D3?  My regular general doctor + label says 1 x 1000 u.i.  (Seems a bit low to me)

P.S.  My P is O.K. compared to plenty.  Scalp, one lower leg plus a new outbreak is imminent on lower tummy.

1000 iu a day is as much as you will see recommended and all you need. Get a bit of sun if you are worried. There is plenty about and as long as you dont od it is very good for your psoriasis. Salt water is great too, but it's a bit cold for swimming.
