Thanks guys! I went away a couple of weeks back and even though there was only 3 days of sun, it really set me on my way to clearing it up and I have continued on the sun beds to keep it restrained. I shall review the situation when I'm back. 

Thank you all so much for the support and help again! You wouldn't believe how much confidence it has restored!

Good to hear the sun has helped while you on holiday and it's continuing to keep the psoriasis down

I'm glad you find the club helpful and helps with your self confidence. I know it helped mine a lot when I joined. It is a special place  Thumb
