It's quite possible turnedlight science hasn't discovered everything although I think they must be close with the technology available and the money being spent on research
I'm sure in the future as things are moving very fast now we may get to know more of the cause, but until we know the cause whether it is viral or bacterial or something else . We will just have to control the disease/ condition with the available weaponry. Which in itself has moved a terrific distance since I was first diagnosed, when the options were just tar ointments and salicylic acid , or primitive UV treatment
I am quite hopeful for the future for psoriasis sufferers , there is so much research at the moment that a breakthrough may not be that far away
