My advice is to avoid Methotrexate if you possibly can. There are much better alternatives out there in the form of the newer biologics. Unfortunately, here in the UK, the biologics are only prescribed when the first line therapies like Methotrexate fail the patient. I notice that you are based in Georgia, so your medical journey may offer a different route(s).

It is so strong and toxic that it completely sets back your immune system. This will seem to help,but in the mean time you get vulnerable for all other kinds of problems because your system is so suppressed.
The toxic waste is on the same side not good for your liver, kidneys and other organs. It is kind of a continuous chemotherapy.
The natural way is possible, but only very few, like wizard, succeed in this direction.
