Good to see it's working ok and hope the rising arthritis score is a temporary blip and as the better weather gets here the score will come down
Hopefully the maintenance dose every 8 weeks will be enough and you don't have to go to four weekly so soon

Had my dermatology appointment today and she was pleased. She didn't bother with the pasi score as I only have a little bit of psoriasis on one of my left knuckles and another little bit on my right shin.
She also said she could see a big change in me regarding the psoriatic arthritis. I do still get a little pain when asleep or when it's damp, but it's not enough to cause me any real problems. My left wrist still has a bit of inflammation but when I had my ankle done they said they didn't think it was psoriatic arthritis, so we are waiting to see if Bimzelx will help. She confirmed there was a little folliculitis but didn't think it needed any treatment. I mentioned the nausea I noticed after the last shots but as it wasn't too bad we decided to see what happens after my next shots in 4 weeks time. When I told her how quick it started working she said a lot of other patients using it had said the same. I'm staying on the two shots every 8 weeks for now and she asked me if I would be happy to have my next appointment in a year. She said I could call her if I have any problems but she didn't think I would need to see her in 6 months as usual. I agreed as it will allow her to see another patient and she knows I know the score by now. Psoriasis score: 1 Psoriatic arthritis score: 1 All in all I'm happy.
