Sounds like the thing to do. Nothing wrong with calamine, but you need more than that.

Ok I have made the decision to phone my dermatologist in the morning.

I have just pulled what I thought was a loose flake off and it started bleeding and not looking very good, the bleeding has now stopped but it is so red and sore I just have to get it sorted as nothing I have tried or willing to try is going to work.

I'm keeping a partially open mind on where I go from here, but I it aint going to be Methotrexate.

another highly effective none-steroid cream is pro-topic, but it has a nasty side effect, it itches like hell the first couple of hours after applying it, on big spots I couldn´t cope with it, but on your lower legs, it might be bearable.

Ooer your legs look sore.. Confused

Did I read somewhere on here you can go back to a bio that you had before? Perhaps even if it stopped working? Or do we build up resistance that lasts..

Ouch Maryam I don't want to risk any more itching.

Yes that is correct TL you can go back. I couldn't however go back to any of the TNF's as I had reactions to them, but Stelara is a possibility for me.

You can try to go back to Stelara. But I don’t know if your body made anti-bodies for that, in that case you will get some reaction.
