Thanks Bill time will tell, I'm of the opinion that it will help, although there is no randomised trial for psoriatic arthritis to convince them with just anecdotal evidence from users that have benefited

Honestly, I think an increase is your medication is the best choice. There is always biologics, but they are slow to work for hands and feet and add more risk.
