Runner? Ironic choice of word.  Confused
Had a good time last week being sociable but today I seem to have crashed.
I feel out of synch in a way I can't explain.
No appetite, no motivation, no desire to physically speak or interact.

Don't you dare do a runner again, I'll come after you.

I have a saying for it Brighteyes and I took it from my Dad he always used to say "I'm having an off day" I use that saying sometimes now too, but it usually ends up a good day somewhere along the line.

Bedsides you cant have it good all the time otherwise it doesn't mean anything, maybe you should try writing again.  Rolleyes

I'm pretty sure now that I temporarily exceeded my resources which led to my crash.
Last week was a heady round of socialising, a little bit of walking, rich foods and a drop Whistle of wine.
So this week is all about going at a steady pace, eating healthy and enjoying the sun. Big Grin
Fred, you will be pleased to hear that I am due to begin a writing module with the Open University at the end of the month ( I signed up a while ago as a boost to get me back in the habit ).

Great stuff, will they be able to handle your erotic writings? If not myself and Jim will be happy to review them.  Rolleyes

Oh and just to remind you that alcohol and methotrexate is a no no  NoNo Or as a doctor told me it's not a good idea, but in France you can't go without wine in moderation it's just not on.  Rolleyes

I feel about as erotic as a slug with halitosis at the moment. Big Grin
But you never know what will come out when the juices start flowing ( that's CREATIVE juices btw ). Whistle
I am venturing out on Sunday to a Health and Healing Festival around the corner from me. I know some of you may be averse to all that "New Age" gubbins but I do like the calm atmosphere of these events. Plus I really fancy a relaxing head, neck and shoulder massage. There's also a free Pilates workshop on which is nice, gentle exercise for my weak joints. Thumb

Mmmmmm slugs with halitosis .... Sounds endearing

I'm all for the health and healing bit, you may pick up some useful stuff and I'm feeling stressed and a good neck massage may just undo those knotted muscles....
Good luck with the Pilates nice and easy does it Wink
Have a great time and don't spend to much time on your feet Confused

Get the juices flowing girl. .................................. Oh did I really just say that.  Doh

Re the Health and Healing Festival yep it's all about dreadlocks and warm stones on your back, in my day it was all about straight long hair and being stoned all day.   Wink

You enjoy.

Well I made it to the Health And Healing Festival.
It was a 5 minute walk away for a fit person but I took it steady and did it in 15.
Am currently soaking my right foot as it has torn but I feel FANTASTIC!!! Thumb
I managed to have a massage and get rid of lots of knots. Then I joined in at a free meditation/relaxation workshop and lowered my stress levels enormously.
I don't feel embarrassed saying that I feel really proud of what I have achieved today. It was great to have some social interaction.
I can't leave this as a one off. This is going to become part of my 'treatment' and help me to cope better.
Just wanted to share that with you all. Smile
