Hi Kat,

The dragons like the sun so they don't come inside. They are not aggressive unless you are a bug.

Wonderful photo, Bill.  Are the little dragons social or solitary?  I mean, do they congregate or stay to themselves as individuals?

Hi Forest.

They are solitary as far as I am aware.

Cheers

An update is well overdue. I haven't been dosing with dmf more than a few times a week as I was getting quite an itchy scalp afterwards. However, the itch has reduced to the point where I can manage it with antihistamines, so for the past few weeks I have been dosing more frequently (up to five doses per week). I had a more comprehensive blood test and update the cumulative results as follows:

The lymphocyte count remains normal and the inflammatory markers are low. I am more confident now that pre-dosing (less than 10 minutes before taking dmf) with a combination of glutamine/4grams, n-acetyl cysteine/1.6grams and creatine/4grams may help protects the lymphocytes. I am otherwise well and look forward to updating more frequently now that the neuralgia is on the wane.

I hope that everyone is doing well here.

Cheers,

Bill

Hi Bill,

You have really great results.
I think that is because of your careful steps in influencing your internal balances. Really very well done.
It also shows that using DMF should in fact be carefully looked after by very knowledged doctors, who understand the working of the inner body very well and who are able to combine the signals that are given by the body in an adequate way.

Here everything is well. Since stopping with alcohol and eating less meat I am on a very low dose now.

Keep on going like you do and we certainly like your updates
.

Cheers
Caroline.

Thank you Caroline. I've no idea why the lymphocyte count returned to normal. Perhaps the itch I get is from the varicella getting active, so maybe that is why the count has stayed good? I got the count up with supplements before I got shingles, so I hope it is the supplements and not the virus.

Good that you are finding things to help yourself. I think you have to be a guinea pig if you want to find things that work.

I eat little meat also, but fish would be a good choice for the omega 3s surely, unless you want to eat seaweed?

Cheers
