I found the updates weren't giving me enough to go on at three month intervals, so I thought I would try fortnightly before my next dermatology appointment. My thinking is I will be able to give her a better representation of how I've been feeling on 90mg, but if it's also helping others reading then that's a bonus.

It is nice to see you staying on top, Fred.
Cheers, Bill

Thank you Bill.
@Dave No I'm lucky I've never had a migraine in my life, when I firt started Stelara I used to get the odd light headache or slight flu like symptoms, but they soon passed and now apart from the odd bit of tiredness (wich I think is more psoriasis related than being down to Stelara) I have no side effects at al. It could be down to over 5 years of use and I don't tend to notice it any more, I don't know. On a side note Mrs Fred seems to get more colds than me, and when we got the Flu a few years back I was no worse than she was and I've never had a flu jab. When I first went on the Bio's I started to be very careful to not catch a cold, but now I just go with the flow and see what gets thrown at me. I'm a big believer in letting my body fight viruses and infections if I can.

Update time:
Been to my dermatologist today, and we are staying with 90mg Stelara for another 3 months. I'm still doing well on it, and although the last couple of days have been a little bit painful with the psoriatic arthritis the psoriasis has held where it was. I should point out that I'm on week 14 so two longer than normal so that and the damp we had yesterday and today could be the reason for a little pain. Now that is the good news. But there is also some not so good news. Some members will have been following my other thread about the lump on my brain and my latest check up, and remembered I said that although they are still saying it's not cancer they were a bit concerned about the PET scan results that revealed some lumps on my Lymph nodes under my armpits that weren't there the last time. They didn't seem over concerned and I was going back in December once they had all spoken to see where we go from there. Well I mentioned this to my dermatologist and she said she hadn't had the report yet, but wanted to feel for them. I explained that they couldn't feel them two weeks ago and they only showed up in the scan. She had a feel and said she could feel them. So she is now concerned and is sending me to another department to have it looked at in November, she is going to ask them to investigate as it may mean me having to come off the Bio's. We spoke and and I took up an hour of her time but she was happy with my request to have another three months on Stelara and wait and see what they say. So for now it's continue and in three months time we will know more.

As you say Fred mixed feelings about that for you, good they are keeping you on Stelara for at least another 3 months . You say you are on week 14 .. So are you due to take the next dose now
I doubt the lumps have grown in the last two weeks, more likely she has sensitive hands and knew where to feel for them ( just a hope really) I hope they haven't grown and will mean coming off Stelara for you You now have the wait for more firm news until November let's hope the news then will be good It's no good saying try not to worry.... But I will anyway .. Just stay strong

Plus I did take it two weeks earlier last tie for my holiday, so this will even things out. I hope you get good news on the lumps Fred. It's worrisome but sometimes fluid builds up more than other times from what I understand so perhaps that is why she could feel them.
